The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, albeit clean, could have been better and neater. The superior room was cozy, neat, and nice, while the standard room may not be suitable for a family stay. Upgrading to deluxe rooms could provide a better experience.
The hotel provides spacious rooms, but cleanliness could have been better. The service was excellent, with a very helpful and accommodating staff. The location is convenient, near the temple premises. However, the dining experience in the room was horrible.
The hotel is placed very close to the Sai Baba Temple and is convenient for accessing amenities offered in the location. The rooms are neat and clean with good interiors, providing a quality stay. However, the dining options could be improved, and the surroundings might not be as appealing as expected.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The room I stayed in openly led to a lovely balcony, which was cosy, neat, and nice, but I wouldn't recommend the standard room for a family stay as it's not very fancy, just basic. The rooms were clean and had all amenities, along with a spacious bathroom. The service was top-notch, with extremely co-operative staff who were professional, helpful, and prompt. The location was convenient, near the Sai temple and the entrance, albeit a little on the inner side of the temple area. However, I felt a bit misled as the entire area seemed full of hotels, making me feel like a fool for not choosing a more unique spot. The dining experience was a mix; although in-room lunch was a let-down, the home-made desserts were a pleasant surprise. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel offers clean and good quality rooms with spacious interiors, making for a comfortable stay. The friendly service went the extra mile by arranging a cab for a trip at a better rate than local agents. While the location is conveniently close to the Sai Temple, the dining experience could be improved, especially with in-room lunch options. Overall, a decent value for a short stay.
